I have alot to say about this venue, I will start with the positives. Iris, the grounds keeper, is very sweet. She was there to help anytime we needed it. The property is incredibly beautiful. All sorts of fruit trees, flowers, and unique decor. Unfortunately this is where the review is going to get long. I was unaware that this property has multiple tenants in various buildings on the property. It's a shared space, so people were coming to access the fridge while we were in the middle of the reception. There were people doing landscaping while we were setting up, wheeling wheelbarrows and such. The sound system isn't very modern, I would recommend a dj with their own equipment. Also you won't have service at the venue, which isn't their fault, but is good to know. They started building a kitchen, so there's an entire building partially constructed in the back of my pictures. This wasn't being built when I had booked the venue. I was told that the grounds keeper and her husband were making to go boxes of food from our catering, which seemed very strange. I wouldn't mind at all, but no one asked anyone anything...I didn't think this was normal. Along with this, tenants came and too

This is a beautiful little jewel of a venue, strangely tucked away in an industrial park, but at the edge by a pretty park and next to the Truckee River. A great place for dance classes, drum circles, small gatherings for weddings, anniversaries and birthdays. The curators, Tom and Iris are kind, friendly and knowledgeable in the growing of all kinds of organic vegetables, fruits and flowers. It's a wonderful place to just take a walk around, too. 💖

A beautiful place on the Truckee River for an event, for a get together for a casual walk along the river or many other wonderful Life experiences. Friendly atmosphere abounds, but then again I am a little biased as I've been able to live there for almost two years.😀

The River School is a great place to unwind and hang out with amazimg people. Conscious Dancing on Friday nights or full moon drumming are just 2 of their regular offerings. They also offer indoor and outdoor space for private events. Check it out!

Beautiful location on the truckee river and quite a cool property. I have never attended any classes here but I have definitely enjoyed the random strange art on the property. I once saw a large belly dancing show there and wow...
